Your appointment, confirmed straight away
Availability is shown twelve weeks ahead, and you'll get a reminder the day before. Every injectable appointment includes a full clinical assessment before anything is decided. If you'd like help choosing, start with a free consultation.
Opening hours
Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings are the most requested, so they're worth booking a few weeks ahead.
How it works
Choose your treatment
Durations and full prices are shown beside every treatment as you book. Consultations are free, and the sensible place to start if you'd like a professional recommendation first.
Secure it with a booking fee
Injectable appointments take a small booking fee, which comes straight off your balance on the day. It reserves your appointment time and confirms the booking.
Complete your medical form
I'll send it over before your visit and it takes about two minutes. Do tell me about any medication, allergy or previous treatment, so I can plan safely around you.
Arrive and settle in
Come with a clean face if you can manage it. Free parking is behind the building, the studio is on the first floor, and don't worry if you're a few minutes either side.
Before you book
Booking fees & cancellations
Booking fees (deposits) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Cancelling inside 24 hours is charged at the full treatment price, as short-notice appointments can rarely be filled. If something does come up, message me as early as possible and I'll do what I can to rearrange.
Assessment-first treatments
Full-face plans need a consultation before you can book, so there's time to work them out together.
Age & suitability
Over-18s only, and not during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Some conditions and medications mean I'll suggest a different route, and I'll explain why.
First treatment?
Mention it when you book and I'll allow extra time. You'll be talked through each step before it happens, kept comfortable throughout, and sent home with written aftercare and my number.
